Talent Acquisition Coordinator
This role is responsible for performing administrative, customer service, program coordination and processing responsibilities in support of the Talent Acquisition function. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator responds to employee questions, vendor inquiries and outreach from members of the management team. The role coordinates talent acquisition activities/ events, reference checking processes, offer generation, pre-employment screening and onboarding processes.
This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Working directly with Hiring Managers and Leaders of the organization
Post jobs, schedule candidates in ATS and with Executive Leadership and their Assistants to schedule interviews
Greet all interviewees in the lobby prior to the interview to address any outstanding questions or concerns
Ensure the candidate experience is pleasant and professional
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Prefer BS/BA plus prior experience in Human Resources. Will consider recent college grads or candidates that are close to graduating college.
Experience working in high volume, fast paced, change oriented environment.
Strong verbal & written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills and presentation abilities; high customer service orientation. High degree of professionalism.
Collaborative style; ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships both internal and external to the organization.

Needs to be able to commute to Irving (75063)
Must be available M-F 8am - 5pm with occasional overtime
