Support Service Rep

Project Support Service Rep
This position will be in a call center environment and the successful candidate will have prior customer service experience in a call center and data entry environment.- Activities may include answering the phone, responding to email requests, assist with scheduling, SharePoint updates, data entry, and troubleshooting customer issues.

Working hours: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM

- Verbal Communications skills
- Ability to adapt in an ever changing high paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Skills (Outlook, Lync, and Excel)??
- Must be detail oriented and able to follow process and procedures as outlined with the business.

--Data entry into Excel and/or SharePoint.
--Answering inbound and making outbound telephone calls to customers for a variety of different reasons (answering customer questions, scheduling, and checking techs in and out)
--Ticket creation of a minor technical problem for customers using ticket creation system.
--Paperwork filing and organization.
--Minor creation of basic process documentation

--Must be able to communicate effectively
--Ability to effectively use computer software and technology as required by the member facility including Microsoft Word and Excel
--Ability to read and comprehend simple, healthcare terminology
--Effective verbal and written communication skills
