Sales Representative Intermediate Level
Growing H.R Consulting firm located in White Plains, NY is expanding their team and currently seeking a Sales Representative to join the team.
Unique dual role handling Business Development, Account Management and Recruiting.
Day to Day duties include:
-Scheduling on-site meetings with active clients and potential clients
-Prospecting and cold-calling clients in the White Plains, NY and Stamford, CT area
-Selling our unique HR services to clients
-Working with hiring managers to gain insight on all current hiring needs and open job req's
-Mapping out hiring time-lines
-Recruitment and talent outreach to identify the right match
-50/50- Outside Sales and In-Office Recruitment
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Must have a BA Degree
-Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to win
-Ability to multi-task
-Willingness to prospect sell and "pound the pavement" to gain new business
-Comfortable working in a metric driven setting
