Customer Service Manager
Randstad of New Philadelphia has been asked by a well established manufacturing facility in Berlin, Ohio to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager. This company is seeking a person with high energy, enthusiasm and who displays a committed effort to achieve results. This person has responsibility to manage customer service personnel, customer follow up in the market and coordinate a comprehensive coordination of departments in the manufacturing facility.
A qualified candidate MUST have SAP experience and a MINIMUM of two years customer service MANAGEMENT experience.
The working schedule is Monday through Friday, working normal office hours, however west coast customers will need attended to as well. There will be some travel required as well.
The salary will range between $55,000 and $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
??? Manage, connect and develop efficient working dynamic with team of customer service personnel
??? Complete responsiveness to valuable customer base.
??? Ability to recognize customer issues with suggested correction and elevate to VP Sales for response to
??? Coordination, communication and working skill with manufacturing, shipping, quality and other
departments as needed.
??? Manage quality inquiries from market.
??? Develop good communication practice with Director of Sales and Account Managers servicing the
??? Coordinate a structured process for visiting Top 10 accounts to understand and improve on services
??? Develop and report out on defined market metrics used in the manufacturing, shipping and quality
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Listens well to Customer Service team and is approachable to develop productive responsiveness to
manager, customers and manufacturing departments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
??? Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
??? Minimum two years??? experience in customer service with managerial background.
??? Skilled in SAP, Excel, Word and Business Warehouse.
??? Proficient written, oral, and presentation skills required.
??? Ability to interface and communicate with multiple levels of customer departments: buyers, category
managers, department managers, etc.
