Call Center Representative Inbound
In this role you will be working for a large HR consulting firm company answering inbound calls in regards to health and benefits enrollments, researching participant inquiries and following up in a timely manner. The training will be Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and afterwards you will work a varying schedule between 6am to 9pm. You will be working in a structured call center environment with open cube desks in an open floor plan on the main call center floor. This opportunity is located in Norwood, MA. It is not accessible by public transportation so you will need a vehicle. This is a temp to hire opportunity which means you will start as a temporary employee but there is an opportunity to go full time with the company based on your performance and the needs of the company. Answer incoming calls from plan participants and assisting and enrolling participants on Health & Benefits Enrollments.
Resolve all participant inquiries that require research or additional information by utilizing the appropriate resources and provide timely follow up as necessary.
Multi-task between computer screens, researching information, typing notes, and speaking to client simultaneously.
Act as a successful team member by being receptive to feedback/coaching, follow all standard operating procedures, display reliability, and have a willingness to develop and consistently improve.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Experience in a call center environment/general customer service
Experience handling Health and Benefits inquiries preferred.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
