Legal Phone Support and Admin
This person will answer as many as 100 calls daily, transferring calls to appropriate departments attorneys, or personnel, so the ideal candidate will be very comfortable with a highly repetitive process, and fast turnaround on the phones. They must be able to learn client-specific litigation software, to be able to take notes for client calls and needs to be comfortable doing calendar management. This position may be cross-trained to fill in for front desk, which can include a multitude of administrative responsibilities, including greeting guests, calendar management, and potentially closing out cases and issuing checks.
Answering calls in under 30 second hold times, Forwarding call center messages, opening/sorting/scanning/distributing mail, helping in the receptionist area,organizing and tidying the office area, including reception, conference room, meeting rooms, kitchen and supply areas, maintain and update the phone list, prepare Fed-Ex packages, prepare and send thank you notes, notify management of any delays, problems or complaints as well as other duties as assigned.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
-Great communication skills
-Has worked as a receptionist or in an administrative assistant role and ok with taking over 100 calls a day
-Needles experience is preferred but not required
-Must be able to answer a multi-line phone system, answering calls with professionalism and tact. Must be positive team player and able to function in a fast-paced, high volume work environment, while being very friendly and polite to clients.
