Looking for applicants who can assist with reception and administration duties

Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting guests warmly
- Front office reception and administration duties
- Handle company inquires
- Sort incoming/outgoing mail
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Assist in scheduling meetings
- Maintaining a clean and inviting reception area and desk
- Send emails and faxes
- Take and relay messages

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills Needed:
- Previous reception experience
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
