Administrative Assistant Senior Associate
We currently have an opportunity with a Fortune 100 insurance company located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need someone with data entry and Microsoft Excel experience. This is a 4 month contract that has a possibility to be extended but will be based upon the needs of the business. This is not a commissioned sales position. This position is an opportunity for you learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.
Pay rate: $15.94
Work Hours: Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm
Duties include but are not limited to performing general clerical operations. The
candidate must be able to retrieve data from an email request and add the information
to a claim system for our business partners. Perform basic document preparation,
involving date entry, scanning documents and uploading them to our claim systems.
Also, reviewing paper documents and printing them from a PDF document. Following
assignment instructions to make sure that paper documents are properly sorted, coded
and delivered to the designated areas.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Has strong computer skills including data entry, scanning and uploading documents.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook is preferred. Very detail oriented. Strong
customer service skills are required. Team oriented.
