Randstad has partnered with Bosch Service Solutions to help find Call Center Professionals to support the ramp up of their contact center located in the Southern Metro - a true temp to hire opportunity!

We are looking for candidates who possess strong communication and customer service skills for our growing Emergency Response and Concierge Service Center located in Burnsville, MN providing services such as:
TeleService Stolen Vehicle Recovery Emergency Request Automatic Collision Notification Enhanced Roadside Assistance Concierge Services Critical Calling Door Lock/Unlock Customer Relations Hands-Free Calling

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: -Answering customer requests and inquiries from the BMW, MINI and Rolls Royce Assist customers. -Assisting with various customer needs including GPS location tracking, renewing membership subscriptions, remotely unlocking vehicles, contacting roadside assistance. -Documenting customer information -Effective internet and search engine use to satisfy customer needs -Provide luxury vehicle concierge services including restaurant, hotel recommendations and directions -Act quickly and calmly in emergency situations including vehicle collision notifications and effectively communicate needs to emergency response professionals. -Maintain professional communication to both clients and internal team members -Ability to handle emergency call situations when necessary

Working hours: 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Skills:
Multiple positions available with a range of skill sets required:
*High School Diploma or equivalent *1+ years of customer service experience (call center experience preferred!) *6-12 mos. Exp. working in an emergency response environment such as 911, Fire or Police dispatch desired *PSAP experience desired (premium pay with validation of certification) *Bi-Lingual a plus! (Spanish/ English or French Canadian/ English - premium pay with validation)

Qualifications:
*6-12 months of call center experience required
