Front Office Contract Administrator Bilingual Preferred

Randstad Office and Administration is in search of a Front Office Contract Administrator for the Marietta Area.
This is a full time, Temp to Hire position, Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.

Responsibilities:
Viewpoint Software: Create Subcontracts, Create Change Orders, Lockheed on Call Invoices.
GC Pay: Add Companies to Projects & Integrate Monitor Compliance Submittals.
RightSignature: Produce and Send Subcontracts using RightSignature Monitor Signatures, Print Subcontracts and Fill.
Maintain Subcontractor Insurance Certificate Files.
Maintain Project Files.
Open Mail and Distribute.
Greet Visitors and Announce.
Create Fedex Labels as Directed.
Order Office Supplies as Needed.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
Spanish a plus but successful candidate need not be bilingual.
