Administrative Assistant Intermediate level
The Administrative Assistant provides professional administrative support, including responsibility for phone reception for the entire company. Works under general supervision, handling basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to others.
Prepares reports and presentations, often of a complex or confidential nature as needed.
Answers corporate phone and direct calls to the appropriate recipient with professionalism; responds to routine inquiries.
Schedules meetings for departmental staff, reserves conference rooms or A/V equipment, and makes travel arrangements as needed.
Participates in and contributes to special projects as directed by the manager.
Receives and responds to correspondence and maintains departmental records.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

High school diploma or equivalent, plus three 2-3 years related reception service and administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Associates or Bachelor???s degree in business administration or related field of study strongly preferred.
