Customer Service Intermediate level
Randstad is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our clients team in the South Phoenix area.
.Position will entail a combination of processing and customer service
.Will receive requests for retirements services in a queue (request for IRA funds, transfers, etc.)
.Respond to inquiries regarding the process, may require follow up email and a call
.Some notifications received may be written and will need to reach out to confirm the information, (i.e. amount, account number, etc.)
.Will utilize multiple systems, 6 applications at a time
.Must get through the queue but remain very customer centric, no set metrics for call handle time
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Must be able to utilize different computer programs and working multiple screens.
3-5 years of document processing and call center experience
