Our client in Fort Lauderdale is currently looking for an energetic, bilingual,
customer service oriented Administrative Assistant
. Candidate should be very organized, detail oriented, accurate in their work, exhibit good follow through, and be able to multitask. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish.
Job requires extensive interaction with internal staff, field team, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. An outgoing, firm, customer service oriented personality is a must.
In this role you will answer phones, order office supplies, create reports and handle special projects as needed
Candidate should be proficient using Google docs, excel, and word.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- 2 years of office experience
- Exceptional client service and organizational skills
