Marketing Coordinator

My client in Concord, MA is looking or a full-time Marketing Support Specialist. Salary is $45-$48K Full-time position: Hours are flexible 5 days per week with option to work 1 day from home

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
The Marketing Support Specialist will join a global and creative team of marketing professionals, working closely with web, design, digital, lead generation and events specialists to engage with a global scientific audience. Specifically, tasks include lead research and management, list generation, email creation and distribution - as well as occasional website support, tradeshow facilitation and attendance, monthly reporting and literature/merchandise handling. The role is based in Concord, MA, with the option of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, guided by the Lead Generation leader in Concord and managed by Marketing Communications Manager.

Responsibilities:
?? Support the effort of the global sales teams in the field, uncovering new opportunities in their respective markets and directly filling their pipeline with new prospects.
?? Work in close collaboration with the current Lead Generation leader supporting the ongoing activities and contributing to future planning.
?? Analyze sources of potential customer lists, managing their entry into the CRM and subsequent use in campaigns.
?? Develop relationships with the global sales teams with a view to openly discussing creative new ideas and engaging in fresh lead generation opportunities, expanding the reach of the business within all necessary markets.
?? Develop text and HTML-based emails and distribute them through marketing automation software, contributing to the customer `journey??.
?? Work alongside product managers to generate new content for emails and landing pages, meeting the required deadlines for delivery of new Marketing content.
?? General attendance at key trade shows in the US on behalf of Marketing to develop further relationships with sales, engage with the customer base, become more aware of competitor landscape and ensure the brand is being appropriately represented.
?? Gain an understanding of the customer base and products, actively and creatively suggesting new activities and incentives to capture leads.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
EXPERIENCE:
--Undergraduate degree or higher experience of the following:
--Customer-focused campaign planning and reporting
--Defining marketing messaging and identifying 'personas'
--CRM data
--The Customer Journey
--At least one year in an office/corporate environment with set responsibilities.
A PLUS TO HAVE
--Basic HTML and CSS
--Event planning
--Market research
--Marketing automation

Qualifications:
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
?? Undergraduate degree or higher with minimum GPA of 3.5 in Marketing, Design, Business or similar, relevant discipline
