Medical Customer Service
Our client is looking for an experienced Medical Customer Service Rep for their office near Waters Ave and Anderson.
This role is responsible for taking inbound member calls where you will answer questions in regards to their policy, benefits, claims, payments.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Healthcare industry knowledge
MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to handle high call volume
Ability to patiently handle member calls
Must have at least 3 years of medical customer service experience working for a health insurance company such as Humana, Aetna, Cigna, etc.
The client is looking for good job tenure having been in each previous position for a minimum of 2 years.
