Randstad is currently seeking several Claims Processors for a large Health insurance Company in Wauwatosa, WI. Interested candidates must be available to work 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
+ First 3 weeks include training and is absolutely mandatory
+ Enter through claim system edits, ensure accuracy of data, correct data when applicable, apply messaging appropriately, and complete claims.
+ Enter alphabetic and numeric data from source documents via computer into claim system following the format displayed on the computer screen.
+ Review error reports and enter corrections into system.
+ Meet metrics that measure efficiency, speed, and quality.
+ May be required to work some overtime, weekends, and( company)holidays
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
+ Experience with computer and Windows PC programs, and the ability to learn new computer/system applications required.
+ Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
+ Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
+ Must demonstrate ability to remain focused and productive each day because tasks may be repetitive.
+ 2+ years of experience in an office setting using the computer and telephone as primary instruments to perform job duties.
+ High school diploma/GED or 10 years of equivalent work experience required.
+ Medical claims processing is an asset, not a requirement.
+ Experience with Medicare is an asset.
