Our client, a financial services company in Boston, is looking for a recruiting coordinator. The recruiting coordinator will support a group of recruiters, handling many of the daily and necessary recruiting administration tasks that are integral to successful recruiting, service and compliance excellence. The Recruiting Coordinator must be comfortable working in a multi-tasking, deadline driven, professional environment. This is a temporary-permanent role that is $18/hr.
-Provides recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of recruiters
-Updates and maintains required candidate and requisition information using Applicant Tracking System and other web-based and off-line systems
-Maintains all electronic and off-line record keeping with a high level of integrity in accordance with audit standards
-Organizes and coordinates events, prepares presentations and participates in recruiting events as needed
-Handles confidential and sensitive information pertaining to applicants and employees
-Assists with pre-boarding and on-boarding process for new hires and transfers within the organization
-Prepares and distributes standard and ad hoc reports within specified guidelines
-Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarized trend reporting data within function
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Bachelor's degree preferred
--Strong time management and organizational skills
--Strong communication and interpersonal skills
--Strong customer service skills
--Proficiency with MS Office Applications at an intermediate skill level or stronger
--Experience with internet based ATS and HRIS systems preferred
--Basic knowledge of internet sourcing sites and research techniques preferred
