The Advocacy Annual Enrollment (AE) Hotline Specialist is responsible for receiving inbound participant calls and providing in-depth counseling on participant health care enrollment options.
You will educate participants on complex concepts such as high-deductible health plans (HDHP) and health savings accounts (HSA) and counsel participants to make the most cost-effective health benefits decisions. You will also assist participants with questions related to transition of care, provider selection and impact of plan changes to prescription drug coverage and other specialized health care services.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Ability to handle high volume of inbound calls for multiple clients with different plan offerings
Explain complex health care concepts in an easy-to-understand way
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of health care plan designs and benefits, including medical (PPO, HMO, HDHP), prescription drug, dental, vision, HSA, etc
CS Pro and/or prior Annual Enrollment experience preferred
High School Diploma/GED
