- Greet visitors
- Answer incoming calls
- Manage calendars
- Assist marketing team with special projects
- Distribute mail
- Maintain office supplies
- Maintain contact with vendors
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be extremely organized
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must have great communication skills
- Must be a team player!
- 1 year of office experience
- Must have an interest in marketing and advertising
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Must be outgoing and professional!
