Call Center Representative Inbound
Responsible for all front and back office clerical duties, incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors in a professional manner, scheduling, filing, etc.
Answers multi-line telephone system, takes accurate messages and transfers telephone calls to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.
Transferring the phone at start of shift- AM
Dispatching call on hold
Daily answering service log
Maintain Answering Service Logs- Print and File
Dispatch trouble calls
Greets and screens incoming visitors in a professional manner and promptly notifies appropriate person of their arrival
Resolving tickets (regular service, tablet tickets, trouble calls, and troubleshooting tickets)
Prepares folders for jobs as needed
Scan and file contracts
All filing and scanning of documents (customer documents, tickets, digital files)
Invoices ?? mail and email to customers
Performs other related duties as assigned
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Customer service skills
Time management skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent. One year related experience and/or training.
Similar experience for someone who has worked in a hotel setting/PBX operator.
Knowledge of switchboard and dispatching.
