Greet visitors and answer phones
Equipment Parts Sales
Quote and sell industrial equipment parts. Ship some parts from office via UPS. Maintain small inventory of about 20 parts in warehouse. No sales experience needed.
Make travel arrangements (domestic and overseas, air, hotel, car)
Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
o Working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint helpful
Typing at least 50 WPM
Support for staff; type letters, compile spreadsheets and purchase orders, check status of deliveries, filing, etc.
Order office, shipping, and copier supplies
Misc. duties as requested
Must be comfortable in a Industrial facility Office Setting
Dress: Business casual
Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Must be Timely
Customer Service Oriented with a positive attitude
adaptable and flexible
