A Government Agency in Downtown Phoenix is looking for hard working and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.
This position is a long term temporary position, working hours Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
The salary is $15.00 an hour
Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems to manage project assignments requested by the assistant director or executive consultant, organizing and scheduling appointments and setting up conference lines.
Creating and modifying various documents using Microsoft Office.
Updating and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems, including confidential files and information.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Good Oral and written communication, organizational skills
Ability to remain flexible as priorities change.
1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant
