Administrative Assistant

We are working with a Company who has an opening for an Administrative Assistant in Clearwater, FL. This position will be supporting various departments while sitting in the lobby handling inbound receptionist duties, switchboard operating, taking walk ins and providing badges to visitors/guest while still helping schedule and maintaining conference rooms and lobby up keep. To be considered we are seeking 2 years minimum of current and or Recent experience as a Receptionist or Admin with the duties listed above. This role does require use of Excel, Powerpoint and Word to qualify.

Responsibilities:
Current experience as an Admin or receptionist, a minimum of 2 years experience.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Skills:
Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Sharepoint -ideal but, not required.********
