Administrative Assistant in Melville

Scheduling immediate phone interviews for Administrative Assistants in Melville! I have 2 positions available with major corporations in the beauty & electronics industries - read below for more info.

Location - Melville, Long Island
Pay Rate: Commensurate upon experience 17-20/hr (full time/mon-fri)

Responsibilities:
- As an Administrative Assistant are expected to ensure a high level of customer service at all times to both internal and external clients.
- Assist with ad/hoc clerical duties such as phone screening, paperwork, filing & occasional projects.
- Assist Human Resources department with various tasks
- Process general activities for financial affairs of department including Accounts Payables & Accounts Reveivables

Skills:
- Excellent verbal/written communication & with a poised & polished demeanor
- Microsoft Office Suites (advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables & v look ups are highly desirable, but not necessary)
- Basic knowledge of Human Resources & AP/AR is a BIG plus
- Positive attitude & willingness to succeed


Qualifications:
- HS Diploma (College Degree preferred, but not necessary)
- At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role
