Our client, located in San Francisco is seeking an Administrative Assistant
Job duties include:
o Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
o Maintains workflow and office procedures (i.e. updating directory, maintain phone list, Answer/transfer calls, misc. building/security functions, etc.)
o Maintains supplies inventory in addition to sorting and tracking incoming mail.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Previous experience as a receptionist, switchboard or administrative assistant, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
