Large Insurance Company looking to add a team oriented Administrative Assistant to their Commercial Division. This position assists Account Managers on a daily basis as needed; primary responsibility will be issuing Proof of Insurance.
Will provide training to entry level candidates, provides excellent benefits and great work-life balance!
--Prepare insurance documentation including certificates, EPI's, and ID cards
--Copy and scan all documents as requested
--Maintain client files and file electronically
--Comply with all internal procedures and practices
--Demonstrate ability to meet performance and quality standards
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
--Excellent Phone and Interpersonal Skills
--Ability to multi-task and take instruction
--One year of insurance industry knowledge is preferred
--Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
--Proficient in Word, Excel, and Data Entry
--Must be open to obtaining a Broker's license within one year of employment
