Accounting Clerk

Ensure accurate records of daily labor transactions
Maintain daily time and attendance records to assist HR with the weekly payroll information
Process shipping paperwork and invoicing daily
Record cash receipts daily
Maintain accurate records of paid and unpaid sales invoices
Contact customers as needed to ensure timely collection of receivables from customers
Provide timely response to customer problems or complaints
Maintain organized documents and records for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate financial and transnational data

Responsibilities:
The Accounting clerk will be working with Microsoft Excel to enter orders, track progress, and issuing invoice after job is complete. Making sure all jobs are invoiced according to Purchase Orders and notifying customers if changes are needed. Working with customers to help get invoices paid. Staying on top of invoices and working with everyone inside and outside to facilitate payment. Opening orders, ordering parts from vendors, interacting with customers to keep them informed of their orders. Track and manage our field service staff to make sure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Working with management to insure quick and reliable service. Taking parts orders via telephone, internet, and/or mail. Packing product and making sure it gets shipped via the correct carrier and shipped in the correct manner.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
