- Manage E-mail account
- Answer phones
- File paperwork
- Make labels for folders
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding status of their order
- Expedite purchase orders
- Open mail, make copies, match packing lists and distribute
- Process shippers/invoicing each day

Knowledge of Office Products, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel
