MEDICAL QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST
Immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant in a very stable and secure company located in Palm Beach Gardens. We are one of the largest Medical Management companies in the United States and we specialize in Physician and Nursing management for Pediatrics, Anesthesia, Orthopedics, and Emergency Medicine personnel. Our beautiful office environment promotes a very professional atmosphere and is suited for those who are looking for growth and advancement. This particular opening is within our Medical Quality Documentation Team and this is where the "checks and balances" of the medical credentialing process for physicians and nurses is tracked and documented. This process allows us to be sure each medical employee has updated and current credentialing to be placed into hospitals, surgery centers, and other medical venues. We are looking for EXCEL EXPERTS in this role because things like Macros and Pivot Tables will be used and it is something a qualified candidate will have to know well. If you have a good understanding of EXCEL and its operational functions, we can easily train you to work within our systems.
FULL-TIME POSITION MONDAY-FRIDAY 8:30 AM TO 5:00 PM
$20.00 TO $23.00 PER HOUR
BENEFITS WILL INCLUDE PTO, MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, AND 401K
EXCEL tracking, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc. YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW EXCEL MACROS AND PIVOT TABLES TO DO THIS JOB!!
SQL, query writing, etc.
Working within a relational database (i.e. MS Access) - we don't operate off Access, but if someone has that skill-set, it translates well into being able to manage the data and make logical correlations between the data sets
Meticulous attention to detail to check documentation for errors, correct policy and procedure protocols, and audit all documentation from a Quality standpoint
Communicate findings and Quality Assessments to upper management in a polished and professional manner
Ability to handle private or sensitive information in a confidential manner
Occasional problem analysis and problem solving.
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 AM
Exceptional knowledge of EXCEL on an intermediate to advanced level
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be able to work independently.
Detail Orientated, organized and self-motivated.
Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude.
-Prior Experience in Medical Credentialing or Medical Quality position would be a HUGE PLUS
-May you are a very skilled Administrative Assistant with a knack for Intermediate EXCEL use
-You know a lot about EXCEL and can format, use pivot table, maybe you know about Macros
-Very detail oriented and good at formatting reports to track credentialing data for physicians and nurses
