Customer Service EntryLevel

Our client, in Manchester, NH, is seeking to add 4 Call Center Representatives to their team. The ideal candidates should have 2+ years of Call Center experience and general working knowledge of medical terminology.

Location: Manchester, NH
Pay: $15-$16/hour
Length: 12/10/18-03/31/2019
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming or make outbound healthcare contact center calls to welcome new members to the Health plan
-Use verbal communication strategies to effectively elicit information, gain member's confidence and provide reassurance
-Identify any trends related to outbound calls that may provide policy or procedure improvements or may affect the efficiency and success of the call campaign
-Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics, including punctuality and attendance.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Education/Experience: -High school diploma or equivalent
-Associates degree and claims processing, billing and/or coding experience preferred
-1+ year of experience in Medicare, Medicaid managed care or insurance environment preferred
-2+ years of combined customer service experience in a call center environment
-Knowledge of managed care programs and services preferred. All 4 positions are to assist my team through Q1 2019 taking inbound calls to welcome our health plans new members.
