Account Maintenance Coordinator
The Account Maintenance Coordinator processes customer orders such as debit cards and check books in a responsible, timely and accurate manner. The job is heavily data entry. Pay is $15/hr. Assignment expected to start asap 12/2/18 and end 4/29/19. There is a possibility of permanent employment based on job performance. Ability to work overtime as needed.
Process customer orders such as debit cards and check books in a responsible, timely and accurate manner. Process customer demographic changes and complete account maintenance in a responsible, timely and accurate manner. Communicate and reinforce changes in operational policies and procedures. Assist in training of Associate Coordinators. Prioritize and perform multiple tasks at the same time.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Very good data entry skills.
Intermediate computer skills including 10 key ability.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience in an office clerical function.
Willing to subject to a background check.
Willing to subject to a drug test.
