Office Assistant

Are you currently in the market for your next career opportunity? We are looking for a superstar Office Assistant who will provide full support to a small team. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience in an Administrative capacity in a office center.

Temporary to permanent positions
Hours- Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay rate- $13/hr- $15/hr

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
--Answering incoming calls from customers
--Processing Payments
--Research customer accounts
--Enter and update customer profiles
--Utilize multiple databases
--Follow up with clients

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Willingness to learn a unique industry

Education:
High School

Experience:
Entry Level
