West Chester, PA Global manufacturing company has a direct hire Sales Assistant opening to support the Field Sales Representatives and Inside Sales team.
Hours= Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
This person will be responsible for communicating with sales representatives daily, updating information in the system, taking incoming calls from national customers, taking orders over the phone and entering into the system, following up with order status and shipment information, market analysis, sales forecasting, as well as additional projects as needed.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Experience supporting a Sales team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- High School diploma
- Must have a minimum of 3 year's administrative experience
- Experience supporting a sales team or multiple team members is required
