This Outbound Call Center Representative position will allow you to utilize your closing sales experience, your enthusiasm, and top-notch phone sales skills to approach and engage our clients. Responsibilities:
After a 3 week paid training, you will become that trusted advisor having learned to:

Use your objection handling and closing sales skills to effectively educate clients on state and federal labor law regulations.
Overcome objections and provide an overall positive phone sales experience to increase your one call close.
Meet daily sales objectives, sales quotas, and target sales goals as a successful Inside Sales Representative.
Perform Inside Sales using phone and predictive dialer to make outbound calls on warm leads provided

Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Skills:
Who Are We Looking For?

Inside Sales Representatives or Closing Sales Representatives or with 1 + years' experience in Sales or Collections
Experience with upselling, outbound phone sales, telesales, or B2B sales, field marketing, product demonstrations, B2B marketing, business development, retail sales and customer service, call center customer service, and associated fields providing sales, customer service, and promotional support are an asset.
The Inside Sales Representative needs to have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
The good Inside Sales Representative must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Able to speak to managers and business owners comfortably and persuasively.
Ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment is key to your success.
Able to receive and implement feedback.
Able to be at work and be on time, every day.
The successful Inside Sales Representative will have a passion for growth and success and is willing to work hard.
Ability to meet goals and speak to this experience and track record
Assertive; a go getter with a career mindset
The Inside Sales Representative must have a High School Diploma or equivalent as required.
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required for the Inside Sales Representative.

Full Time, Monday-Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM, B2B, warm leads (no cold calling), paid training, growth opportunities, and health benefits- medical, dental, vision, 401K.
At our company, those that are driven, have the potential to make $45,000 to $60,000 per year, or greater. This position offers a guaranteed weekly base salary + monthly commission + quarterly and annual bonuses, and NO CAP TO YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL.
Pay: Hourly plus commission and bonus
Monthly Sales Target Performers at 100%+; earnings $50K+ per year
Monthly Sales Target Performers at 120%+; earnings $75K+ per year
Monthly Sales Target Performers at 150%+; earnings $100K+ per year
Bonuses: Up to $10,500 annually
