HR Manager

Our client, in Londonderry, NH, is seeking an experienced HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and will be proficient with Benefits Administration and and Employee Relations.

Pay: $65,000-$80,000 plus a 10% annual bonus
Location: Londonderry, NH

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for administering the compensation program and monitoring performance evaluation program
* Administering HR plan and procedures for all company personnel
* Benefits administration and communicating benefits to employees
* 401k coordination and compliance audit
* Process weekly payroll for all employees and make corrections with deductions, as needed
* Develop and maintain affirmative action program; EEO-1 annual reports
* Work with safety department regarding driver qualification files per DOT guidelines
* Assist with recruiting efforts

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
* Proficient in Excel and reporting
* Must be able to work well with people and communicate with various departments
* Must have excellent problem solving ability and project management

Education:
Associate

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
* 5+ years of HR experience
* DOT filing experience desired
* Experienced with employees relations and benefits
* Available for minimal travel
