Medical Customer Service
We have a client looking to hire Medical Customer Service Representatives. This is for a Medical Transportation Company.
Training will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm for 2 weeks. After training, your schedule switches to 12pm - 9:30pm, Monday-Friday.
Your main task will be speaking with patients and coordinating pick ups and drop offs to their doctor appointments.
Working hours: 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Clear communication skills
General computer skills
Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
Medical dispatching experience or medical call center experience required.
The client will not accept applicants with less than 2 years of tenure at their latest job.
