Call Center Representative Inbound/Outbound
A local company in Columbia is looking for ambitious, highly motivated individuals who want to be a part of a fast paced, rapidly growing company. Applicants must be customer focus, have the ability to multi-task and possess exceptional time management and phone skills. There are 3 shifts available: 8a-5p, 10a-7p & 12p-9p. Employer will provide competitive wage starting at $11.00 per hour, $1.00 shift differential for 10a-7p & 12p-9p shifts, plus bonus potential after hire (90 days temp). After hired, benefits offered include: holidays, PTO, group health insurance, as well as retirement plan.
-Making sure all information on file is accurate and building the relationship with the patient and or caregivers.
-Achieve minimum number of calls per day
-Patient outreach and follow up.
-Verify that there are no changes in insurance with each order.
-Maintains good communication with all co-workers.
-Research patient accounts properly to create and send out new orders as needed
-Maintain a high level of phone etiquette within your patient outreaches.
-Work through the S3 software efficiently and in a timely manner.
-Work all voice mails timely and return those calls within 2 hours of receiving a voice mail.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Exceptional phone etiquette
-Solid, basic understanding and ability to use, proficiently, Microsoft Office and Web Based computer software
-Customer Service experience
-Sales experience a plus
-Education and experience equivalent to: High school diploma or equivalent.
-Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Web Based computer software.
-Customer Service experience.
-Prior call center experience is preferred.
-Pass advanced background check.
-Pass required skills assessment/testing.
