My client in Ontario, Ca is currently seeking an inside sales specialist. My client is an expert in helping businesses interpret the myriad regulatory laws surrounding workplace safety, disabilities, harassment, discrimination, labor law, min wage, and other regulations. They've been in the business for greater than 20 years developing new ways to help employers comply with the latest labor laws and safety regulations. This will be a sales position that offers a base plus an uncapped commission structure.
Make outbound sales calls (via auto-dialer) to introduce new compliance/labor law signage and posters to business owners; mainly OSHA signs.
These are B2B, warm leads, (no cold calling).
Will work on multiple computer monitors in a high call volume, metrics driven environment.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Introduce new products; drive sales
- Sell and close transactions, one call close MUST BE MOTIVATED TO MAKE MONEY!
- Handle and overcome sales objections
- Speak to business owners (strong communication/interpersonal skills)
- The ability Work off multiple monitors (very strong computer skills/typing skills)
- A proven ability to multitask
