Background Screening Analyst
Seeking a Background Screening Analyst for a large utilities company in Raleigh, NC. This role will be working with background screenings and compliance.
-Providing assurance for the background screening process for proper design, implementation, operation, and for quality of the background checks
-Frequent interactions with vendors for background screening and review reports and problem solving of issues that arise
-Interacting daily with 3rd Party screening systems and reporting systems
-This support may include the proper execution of and working knowledge of compliance/regulatory processes
-Complete work tasks related to completing workforce screening cases as assigned
-Provide basic project support including work tasks assigned by security projects (such as vendor selections, program designs, technology changes, or facility changes)
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-HR Recruiting, and onboarding systems knowledge and experience
-Complete basic administrative tasks such as time reporting, status updates, etc., to support administrative, safety, or other management program execution
-Ability to professionally interact with internal customers, external service providers, and job candidates
-Written and oral communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with others
-Must be flexible in regards to work load and technical expertise in the areas of human surety, background screening
-Minimum 3 years experience working in background screening/processing or a combination of skills/experience without a degree will be considered
