Administrative Assistant (Executive)

CEO of multibillion dollar company is looking for a high level Executive Assistant with Project Management experience to join his team. This job is a 8am-5pm role however you should be able to be very flexible in your schedule.

Variety of administrative tasks such as high level calendar management, expense reports, travel arrangement (domestic and international), etc.
Be the "gatekeeper" to the CEO
Communicate on behalf of the CEO
Develop reports and analysis to support CEO
Complete special assignments and projects

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Extremely polished
Well spoken
Team player
Time management



Minimum 5 years of Executive Assistant experience
Minimum 1-2 years Project Management experience
Bachelors degree preferred.
