Glen Mills, PA- Large accounting firm has an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Office Clerk.--This person will be responsible for helping out during their busy tax season.--Responsibilities include but are not limited to: scanning tax documents into the system, ensuring the information is uploaded, as well as data entry and filing.--Must be comfortable working flexible hours-(see below), with the opportunity to take on additional hours if needed.
This position will start in February and go until late April
Working hours: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year's administrative experience
- Must have experience in a fast paced office environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Monday- Thursday 11AM-7PM
