We are currently seeking a confident and proactive individual to serve as a maintenance coordinator within the Queens area.
This individual should be comfortable handling heavy inbound phone calls, multitasking, and effectively communicating with multiple departments.
-Answering inbound phone calls (50-150 calls per day)
-Distributing work assignments to appropriate department
-Recording and tracking data in Excel
-Communicating with patrons both in person and over the phone simultaneously
-Creating work orders
Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
-Strong communication skills, both over the phone and through email
-Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
-Sense of urgency
-Able to work under pressure
-Experience in a customer service/dispatch related field, preferably dealing with high call volume
-Knowledge of Word and Excel for data entry purposes
-Must be familiar or have worked with Outlook
This is a temporary to permanent position with a pay rate of $19.00/HR with a schedule from M-F 9:00-5:00PM working every 3rd Saturday. Great company to work for with growth opportunity. Company offers a competitive benefits package as well as PTO/vacation days!
