Randstad is searching for the best Customer Service Professionals to support our specialty clothing retail client in Orlando and the surrounding area.

Pay: $14/hour
*Typically, talent will work between 42-44.5 hours per week. Any hours above 40 hours within the same week are paid at time and a half.
*Bonus Opportunity* A $500 bonus will be awarded to any talent upon satisfactory completion of their assignment, outstanding performance, and perfect attendance.

Shifts: *includes a paid, 30 minute lunch
1st shift: Monday-Friday 5:30am - 2:30pm
(Training will be held the Saturday-Sunday before you start and may fall at a time outside of your typical shift to accommodate our trainers, client, and both shifts)

2nd shift: Sundays 12pm-8pm and Monday-Thursday 2:00pm - 10:30pm

Responsibilities:
Talent will be supporting large scale pop up stores and will assist guests with selecting merchandise. Randstad talent would take direction from a client team lead over the store operations. The atmosphere we??re looking to create is along the lines of a personal shopper mentality. Ideal candidates would have an eye to keep the area neat and clean, be customer service oriented, pleasant, and professional to engage with guests and create an entertaining, fun, exciting and memorable experience.

-Provide exceptional guest service as you assist in day-to-day store operations
-Ensure that guests have the best shopping experience possible
-Must be able to proactively intercept, engage, and demonstrate product to customers
and able to effectively communicate product features
-Operate computer system for purchases
-Ensure merchandise is well-organized and replenished on the sales floor according to
visual guidelines
-Assist with store setup/breakdown, signage, visual merchandising changes, fitting
room duties, etc.

Working hours: 5:30 AM - 10:30 PM

Skills:
-Ability to lift up to 25lbs
-Ability to be stand/walk/bend for extended periods of time
-Excellent customer service skills and great attitude
-Basic computer skills for logging information into database of merchandise
-Neatly hang garments
-Pushing racks
-Handle table set-up and display of merchandise

Education:
No Degree Required

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
-Must at least 18 years old
-Previous retail, merchandising skills, and customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right type of candidates.
-Must be able to work a semi-flexible schedule (shift start and end times may be slightly adjusted based on production needs) i.e. closing takes longer than usual, arrive a bit early for new shipment set ups, etc.
-Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. (For example: ID/Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, etc.)
-Must have a professional appearance (For example: No visible piercings, tattoos, or unnatural hair colors/styles)


Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
*This position includes the potential to go permanent with our client directly. Our client's business model is to use contractors to help staff specific projects. Based on business needs, the skills that you demonstrate, and your attendance, there may be a possibility to take on other Customer Service Professional responsibilities as a contractor and extend your assignment. Occasionally, there is a business need for additional permanent colleagues, and if that were to occur, the best top-performing Customer Service Professionals may be considered as candidates. Those selected by our client would be offered a position directly within the client company at one of their local permanent facilities.
