Administrative Assistant at Television Company

The Marketing and Research team at a major television network is looking for an administrative assistant to support them! Over 200 locations in the US will be supported in this role. This will provide you with exposure directly to the sales and advertising process of the television industry!

??? Organize calendars for executives and conference rooms.
??? Organize and plan travel arrangements for EVP.
??? Assist HR with paperwork, internship applications and onboarding processes.
??? You will engage in research, and give written summaries for internal use, and create presentations for clients.
??? Collaborate with accounts payable and invoicing vendors.
??? Special projects including events planning.
??? Quarterly sales reporting.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

--Can manage multiple projects simultaneously
--Works well without supervision


Entry Level

??? At least 1 year of experience
??? Bachelors Degree.
??? Powerpoint, Adobe Photoshop
??? Calendar organization
