Talent/People Operations Analyst

This role will work to supplement and augment capacity on the Rideshare Tech team to consolidate, analyze and manage various aspects of People Operations - Headcount, Organizational Health, Compensation & Benefits and Recruiting.They will be a partner to the Tech team in surfacing and building new processes, tools, and reporting for to better operationalize the team.

Responsibilities:
Organizational Health
-Understand and validate tech team current ratios
-Validate industry standards/best practices ratios and apply to Lyft Tech models
-Track team org health, gaps and needs in conjunction with PBPs
-Begin to understand general trends of team shifts, provide high level trend analysis of changes in orgs by half
-Understand Tech stance on performance management; help build concrete process to PiP individuals

Headcount
-Interface with People/Recruiting/Talent Operations team as Tech POC
-Own yearly headcount process for Tech
-In conjunction with People team, build models to forecast Tech HC and utilize Org Health data to inform models
-Track requests/approvals of line item/role level changes to each org??s headcount in conjunction with the People team
-Interface with Tech leaders (VP / Directors) to consume all requirements, needs, guardrails for future HC
-Gather realtime feedback on HC needs for teams and surface for VP review
-Work through semi-annual headcount and equity/comp gates
-Work with leaders of orgs to review, approve shifts in headcount
-Work with University recruiting and People team to model, forecast, and track FTE conversion (new grad) and intern (heads) for all orgs

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Compensation / Benefits
-Track and report out burndown of equity and salary per org / role
-Build Tech view of compensation bands and discrepancies; work with Comp to review these semi-annually
-Understand comp/ben policies for offers and how this affects Tech

Recruiting / Sourcing
-Tech POC for Recruiting needs:
-Track and understand what Recruiting/Sourcing/Interviewing practices affect Tech
-Track Burndown of P0/P1 IC pipelines
-Track Burndown of P0 Leadership pipelines
-Track R4R recruiting w/ People team
-Work with correct Tech Leaders (mostly Eng) to review niche pipeline needs monthly and re-assess priorities with MC
-Work with People/Recruiting to keep P0 pipeline priorities up to date in TAHT/Workday
-Help create a process to better manage leadership hiring pipeline and subsequent touchpoints

Education:
Bachelors

Experience:
Experienced

Qualifications:
-Highest level of integrity and management of confidential information
-Previous experience and working knowledge of people and talent operations, reporting, general analytics and spreadsheet modeling
-Proficient in spreadsheets, Google Suite of products; Workday/Greenhouse familiarity
-Strong analytical skills, reporting and communication skills
-Willingness to dig into the details, understand business needs, and facilitate decisions based on changing priorities
-Ability to interface seamlessly with several cross functional organizations
-High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
-Onsite, 40 hour/week required (no remote work)
