ob Summary
The function of the Junior Controller is to assist the Business and Exec Team in a financial and administrative capacity. Acting as a Quickbooks, ConnectWise, & QuoteWerks Champion to assist with efficiency gains through processes and education. Building and maintaining proper audits, controls, and keeping the company up to date with current GAAP standards.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
(not limited to)-Financial + System Management
Reviewing A/P and A/R for accuracy and efficiency
Processing invoicing clients
Assisting clients with invoicing questions
Assisting the team with day to day questions
Run point on monthly close process
Entering deposits in QuickBooks and our bank daily
Processing client credit card payments
Making electronic/manual deposits, as necessary
A/R collections / following up with clients monthly regarding overdue invoices
Credit card reconciliation
Weekly materials profit and financial review with Dir. of OPS
Budget Assistance
Reviewing/sending monthly time summary reports to clients
Entering/updating new clients
Set up/edit Support Agreements as needed
Identify ways to create more effective procedures in CW
Create/update/save new processes in ITGlue
Updating Department KPIs (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Running reports for other departments to assure accuracy





Marginal Duties
(not limited to) Running Operations/Sales/Tech huddle when Execs are unavailable
Assisting Operations department with culture initiatives
Assist with facilities management of Mercedes Properties

Supervisory Responsibilities
Build and earn the trust of the team to evolve as a team lead to direct supervisor.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education And/Or Experience
High School degree and College/Business degree strongly recommended, and 3-5 years experience in financial/analytical role
Language, Mathematical, And/OR Reasoning Ability
Ability to read and interpret agreements, such as what is and isn't included in a clients monthly support, annual increases, termination clauses, etc.
Knowledge of, or ability, to learn QuickBooks, ConnectWise, and QuoteWorks.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel, and strong ability to use Internet for purchases, bookings and to discover/find information
Advanced Excel skills (advanced pivots, vlook-ups, advanced formulas)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables, often dealing with business mathematics.
Ability to communicate in a high pressure environment.
Ability to work well as a team player and/or independently, as required.
