DAYS & EVENING SHIFT TECH SUPPORT CALL CENTER
Our inbound customer service team is expanding to accommodate two huge clients we just acquired and we are hiring 4 new technical customer service representatives!- We have a growing support team for our secure cash management system and we are looking for entry-level people who love computers, networking or troubleshooting technical issues. Prior Customer Service or Call Center experience is valuable to us and very helpful in this role. We also have an amazing work schedule where we work a full 40-hours in four days rather than five. This gives you three full days off! This Tech Support Team has been growing since last December and we'd love to have you with us if you feel you have the qualifications listed and can also bring an outstanding attitude to our friendly, cohesive, and very close-knit team!

MIDNIGHT TO 10:00 AM- and 6:00AM TO 4:00PM
-Great customer service and polished phone voice
-Able to handle inbound customer calls and provide resolutions and support
-Work as a team and enjoy a very team-oriented environment
-Great work ethics....you are on-time, have viable transportation to and from work, like to learn new things, reliable and a good role model
-Good data-entry skills or general computer knowledge
-Have the ability to train and learn the job duties and put your best foot forward to take care of the customers and their needs as best as possible
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM

- Good customer service skills and people-oriented attitude
- Love being helpful and develop a good rapport with people over the phone
- Interested in Tech Support and willing to learn our systems with a full paid training program
- Leading by example with being early each day to start your shift, having great attendance, taking on-time lunch breaks, and exhibiting a positive and supportive attitude while at work
- Like to work in a great team environment and brainstorm tech support issues with others on your team
No Degree Required
The hiring process for this job requires that you undergo multi-state criminal background checks and also a full drug screen prior to starting this position.
