Administrative Assistant

Exciting opportunity for those administrative candidates looking to get their foot in the door with a top reputable entertainment company in New York City. Currently seeking energetic Administrative professionals to assist with VP support, marketing materials and more!

This is an ongoing contract position.

-Provide high level administrative support to EVP, Media Sales and other Sales Executives responsible for sale of Fox shows in over 200 U.S. markets.
-Answer (high volume) calls and maintain (complex calendars).
-Manage executives?? expenses, travel arrangements, executive and department calendars, meeting preparations, responding to inquiries and phone calls, human resource documentation, and internship applications and training
-Demonstrate ongoing client relationship management and ensure superior customer service experiences
-Create and write presentations for client meetings using PowerPoint, Slide Rocket, Custom Show, and Photoshop
-Coordinate and plan large company special events and conferences hosting top executives and clients
-Manage Ad Sales website by regularly updating approved users, research, descriptions, and presentational content
-Conduct brand research that identifies areas of business opportunities and write summaries for Sales Executives
-Collaborate with Marketing and Research teams to generate quarterly creative sales marketing opportunities
-Maintain office supplies for the department, weekly travel and expenses, executive calendars, paper and electronic files, promotional giveaways, legal paperwork, and national reports and assisted with special projects
-Serve as a liaison to external vendors, including invoicing and accounts payable

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Must be a team player and a natural problem solver


Entry Level

-1-2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting high level VPs
