Do you enjoy communicating with people on the phone? We are currently looking for customer service representatives to join the customer care team at several of our clients in North and East Austin. If you have a positive, professional demeanor and understand the importance of making and keeping customers happy, this opportunity is perfect for you!
As a Customer Service Associate you will answer incoming calls from customers, answer product questions, review options, offer additional upgrades, and process orders. This is a metric driven team and expectations will be set to meet daily activity and performance goals.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Respond to customer phone and email inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
Answer product questions and provide solutions
Identify and suggest upgrades
Excellent listening and communication skills
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage the sales process
Positive, professional attitude
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1 year of more of experience in a customer service, sales, or call center environment
Experience handling escalations a plus.
Experienced in Microsoft Office
Ability to type 30 WPM
Ability to prioritize
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet performance and activity goals
