Accounts Payable /Accounts Receivables Assistant

Accounting Assistant/ Supporting Accounting Department

-Managing Expense Reports
-Processing of Accounts Payable and Vendor Maintenance
-Taking care of Bank Reconciliations
-Supporting all other areas of accounting department as needed
-Accounts Receivable

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Candidate Requirements, Skills and Qualifications to be considered:
- 18 years of age or older with proof to work legally in the U.S.
- Agree to a background and drug screen required for this position
- 2 professional references of past supervisors that Randstad may contact directly
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work-site daily
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience in providing administrative support to various levels management.
-Excel proficiency and knowledge of accounting software
